涡街流量计传感器压力损失计算
 
涡街流量计传感器口径确定以后,可计算该传感器的压力损失,以便确定该传感器是否对工艺管线有影响。

式中:△P—压力损失(Pa)
 
P —工作条件下介质密度(Kg/m3
 
V —管内的介质平均流速(m/s)
 
当被测介质为液体时,为防止出现气蚀和气化,流量计处的介质压力应满足下式的要求
 
P≥2.6△P+1.25Ps
 
式中:P —流体绝对压力
 
Ps —该液体工作温度对应的饱和蒸气压力(MPa)
